Gouda is a project started by Philadelphia native Joey Heins and stems from deep roots of love for gastronomy, colors, & smells.
He spent two years touring with a rock band called Rusty Blue at age 16. This is his first project as a solo artist. The inspiration for music comes from a wide variety of creative sources.
The Gouda project finds Heins not only making music, but also publishing carefully & emotionally developed recipes, poems, and various forms of food content.
He says he publishes recipes because “I have a deeply passionate connection to food, and my passions for both food and music complement each other.”
