Pumping drums, huge bass, and screaming synths as Perc tears down this rave in Peru.
THE COOLEST DEEP HOUSE:
Eli & Fur – Malibu Sunset Set
On top of Corral Canyon overlooking the ocean and Pacific Coast Highway at sunset. Views and sounds are amazing in this one.
THE COOLEST PROGRESSIVE HOUSE:
Eric Prydz – Live at Factory 93 Los Angeles 8.22.2021
This shouldn’t be a surprise as Eric Prydz performances mix sci-fi visuals with progressive house to create epic memorable moments. For years, by far one of the coolest visual DJ set experiences.
THE COOLEST HARD HOUSE:
Brutalismus 3000 | Boiler Room Festival London 2021 | Possession
Hard house isn’t a genre most (even house heads) lean towards, but wow this NU gabba and distorted female vocals are very cool.
THE COOLEST ELECTRO:
DJ Stingray 313 | Boiler Room Cologne
If you breakbeats and booty bass electro this is the set for you!
THE COOLEST HIPHOP:
Jazzy Jeff DJ Set with the DJM-S11
This one puts the soul back into hip-hop. *PUN WARNING*: this mix is “Jazzy”

Yes! Shaquille O’ Neal the superstar basketball player and face of countless brands is also an amazing DJ. Imagine going to EDC and Shaq is moshing with you mid-set.

Most scratch DJs mix hiphop and do short battle-style sets..finding a solid house scratch set is pretty rare. This does not disappoint, filled with bangers and dope mixing.

Looking to be recorded in what looks like an actual “boiler room” ? This is totally different and refreshing..Blood Cultures is dancing around in a generic business suit outfit while blending and doing mash-up of so many styles and genres. This brings “open-format” djing to the next level. I LOVE THIS!

KiNK is my favorite in the live dance music game. This set an example of why. Tons of really funky house music in this jam session.

The GTA Online nightclub resident dj brings big grooves and lots of tension and release over the 5 hours at EXIT festival 2021.
THE COOLEST SOUND:
Tale Of Us @ Awakenings Afterlife ADE 2021 | Live Gashouder Amsterdam
Another GTA Online resident DJ act; Tale Of Us is known for lush and sensual synth riffs. Recorded in Amsterdam’s Westergasfabriek gasworks complex, Gashouder is a venue made from an old industrial building. Making this set pure magic..drowned full of the natural room reverb brings all that analog sound to life.
THE COOLEST…live set…but they used a dj mixer:
Istanbul Ghetto Club (LIVE) / March 4 / 4pm-5pm (HÖR BERLIN)
ya ya it’s not a “dj set”..but check it out. Never seen anything like it. Modular synths, drum machines, and rock n roll guitar style on a middle-eastern string instrument. (I don’t know what to call it) …oh and they have a belly dancer.

CARL COX TECHNO DJ set from The Steelyard @ Creamfields 2021
Truly a living legend..”The Steelyard” laser and light buildout for Creamfields matches the big sound we know and love from Carl Cox.

This guy is so much fun..djing Black Friday salesfloors, riding a bike, walking the streets, and in this one live-streamed from a kayak.

David Guetta | United at Home – Dubai Edition
With no festivals for the EDM icon to perform at he took to stream from the top of the Burj Al Arab’s helipad to raise donations for “United at Home” a COVID-19 relief.

It doesn’t take thousands of people to put on a memorable dj set. A few label mates, some of the homies, and Locked Club bring the total punk chaos package to dance music culture.
