We got introduced to CARLIE back in January. Ever since putting out her debut single “On The Off Chance You Love Me” with producer SQWD she has been dropping heat non stop. She clearly understands the importance of collaboration and adds something truly special to each project she’s a part of.
COLSON XL is a duo based in the US who began making music together in 2019. Since then they’ve gone on to release on multiple labels such as Quality Goods and Elysian Records.
COLSON XL and CARLIE have joined forces on the new single “Never Live Forever”. The track comes complete with a super clean music video shot by Matty Green Videography.
The song has obvious qualities of Vapor Twitch but the more I listened the more I noticed the lean toward Indie Electro. CARLIE’s vocals complement the powerful instrumental perfectly. This single treads the line of electronic dance music and pop so beautifully.
Precisely timed drops, experimental glitchy sounds and one of the smoothest melodies I’ve heard in a while. It makes you move and feel something at the same time. COLSON XL and CARLIE have really created a stand out piece of art with “Never Live Forever”.
