Longfriend Timefriend is a band from south Philadelphia.

Socially conscious punk rock is something I miss deeply and Longfriend are here to let you know it isn’t dead.

Loud and fast, yet calculated and progressive. The influences seem to range from Bad Religion and Millencolin to Alkaline Trio and The Get Up Kids.

Their music is a well balanced mix of punk rock and late 90’s/early 2000’s emo. These are the type of songs you sing along with at the tops of your lungs at a house show.

The band is doing something very interesting later this month that I’ve never seen before. They are going to cut 7″ singles from songs they will be playing at a live session on July 23rd.
