The Used hits the road in just a few days with Seattle, Washington locals Dragged Under to start their month long small venue tour. And it’s already almost completely sold out! The Used has finally released a new single “Blow” with Fever 333’s Jason Butler. It has the same energy as the single “Choke Me” from 2008. Feels good to be screamed at again. This last single really has some fans left with questions, “What are we to expect?” “Do we get a harder album?”. Hopefully a hard hard album is in store. Lets bring back that grunge punk.
Lets also take some time to think about Dragged Under and what they may contribute to this tour. Being selected to open by such an iconic “emo core” band is probably something that can’t be put into words. After taking some time to listen the smooth and occasional grunge vocals and and hard hitting snare drum that follow suit with the hard pop punk group.
